Located in Kissimmee, only minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort and the world-famous Florida attractions and golf courses, our privately owned, spacious and fully furnished villa is the perfect base for your Florida holiday !
Air-conditioned throughout, the villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom, with queen-size bed, has en-suite facilities and the two further bedrooms each have twin beds. There is a sofa-bed in the lounge enabling up to eight people to sleep comfortably.
We even have a nursery cot and high-chair for our smaller guests !
The villa is fully equipped - including High Definition cable TV with DVD, (there is also a HDTV in the master bedroom), a hi-fi unit, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, intruder alarm, smoke detection and emergency/escape lighting systems.

The swimming pool, looking out onto natural woodland, is private and secluded. A great place to take a dip or just relax in the sun ! Our pool-man calls every week to check the water quality and the whole area is screened to help keep the pool and patio area clean and bug-free ! (The pool has optional electric heating for an additional charge).
The lounge area is comfortably furnished and a great place to relax in front of the TV, or to listen to some music after a hard day at the theme parks or a round of golf at one of Florida's world-class courses !
We have HD cable TV with a DVD player and also a Hi-Fi stereo unit for playing CD's or listening to the radio.
The kitchen has every modern appliance, including a dishwasher and microwave oven, however, most of our guests tell us that they eat out almost every day, as there are so many reasonably priced restaurants in the area !! The utilities also include a washing machine, tumble dryer, an iron and a hairdryer in each bathroom.
The main dining area seats six and there is also a table in the breakfast area, adjacent to the kitchen, overlooking the patio and pool. All tableware is provided.
The master bedroom, looking out onto the pool, has a queen-size bed, en-suite facilities and a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room. There is a telephone and HDTV in the master bedroom and each bedroom has a clock/radio/alarm. All linen and towels are provided.
Windward Cay Florida Villa is located in the heart of Kissimmee, in an almost perfect location, in a peaceful, residential, woodland area, known as Windward Cay, just off the I-92 Irlo Bronson Hwy., only a 10 minute drive from Walt Disney World Resort !
Orlando Intl. airport is about 25 minutes drive and Sandford Airport is about an hour away. We employ a local management company to look after the villa and our guests - their staff is on call 24hrs a day - so there is always someone there to call on for help or advice. They can arrange baby sitting, golfing packages, give advice on places to visit and much more...
Our rental price for 2012 is £380 per week (only £55 per night) !
(this includes Florida State Tax of 13%) for up to 8 people sharing the villa (not per person) !
